When does a purchase unlock?
After Stripe confirms the payment. Opening the page at the end of checkout is not enough, and an unpaid order does not grant access.
Do experience points pay for a card purchase?
No. Paying by card and redeeming a mark with experience points are separate. A card payment does not spend your points.
What happens if I am refunded?
A full refund removes that payment as a source of access. Access stays if another purchase or an experience-point redemption still supports it. A partial refund does not remove access. Course progress stays.
Where do I see my orders?
Sign in, open your account, and choose Purchase history. Desk is only for administrators.
