When a payment is undone.

If a payment does not complete, you are not charged and the order stays unpaid. You can open checkout again from Purchase history.

A full refund of a digital purchase removes that payment as a reason for access. Access remains if you still own the mark or the course another way, including an experience-point redemption. A partial refund does not remove access. Progress already made in a course stays either way.

A physical order can be refunded only up to the amount that was paid. This site does not start printing or shipping by itself.
